AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

The products are manufactured / made to order, that is to say that there is no stock of finished products, only raw materials allowing the realization of the product following your order.

Each order is the subject of a specific preparation.

At the time of your order, we check our stocks of raw materials in order to subsequently confirm the preparation of your order.

PRICE

Prices are displayed in euros and include all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs. The amount of the transport costs will be subject to validation by the customer by the choice of the shipping method.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.12-19 of the Consumer Code, the customer will receive, upon delivery, written confirmation of the price paid and the delivery costs charged to him.

All products delivered outside the European Union and overseas territories may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, import duties, or state taxes. These duties and taxes are not the responsibility of the Company.

PAYMENT

Payment is possible by credit card, check or bank transfer.

MANUFACTURING

Each product ordered is made by our workshop individually. The manufacturing process (gathering of raw materials, cutting, assembly, packaging, etc.) varies between two to three weeks (not including Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays but also any closures for annual holidays of our workshop ).

The company nevertheless reserves the right to extend this period to thirty (30) days by notifying the customer by e-mail.

DELIVERY

Delivery will be initiated, after the manufacturing process described above, to the address specified by the customer when creating their account. The delivery time is specified on the order confirmation sent to the customer in step 10 of the ordering process. A shipment confirmation is sent by email as soon as the order is dispatched specifying a tracking number, allowing the customer to follow the delivery status of the package.

The signature of an adult aged 18 or over will be required at the time of delivery. Delivery to PO boxes will not be made.

The Company provides 0.1% defects and 99.9% quality service until your order is picked up by the carrier. If the returned product has any damage that was not shown on the product at the time of our dispatch, the company will not be able to accept the return. Finally, if it is a gift that you make to a third party, you agree that the product will be made for that third party precisely and therefore will not be exchangeable.

In the event that your complaint is verified and accepted by our company, we will grant an exchange for the value of the product within 30 (thirty) days.
